Let’s Do This!

Do I need to be newly divorced to attend?

This training is designed for parents in the early stages of divorce or separation, but many people find it helpful anytime emotions and communication feel challenging.

Is this therapy?

No. This is educational coaching focused on practical tools, emotional regulation, and communication strategies you can use in real life.

What if my co-parent is difficult or high-conflict?

You’ll learn tools that focus on what you can control—your responses, boundaries, and clarity—regardless of how the other person behaves.

Will this be a sales pitch?

You’ll receive real, actionable value. At the end, I’ll share how you can continue this work if you want additional support.

What if I can’t attend live?

A replay will be sent to all registrants, but the bonus is only available to those who attend live.

A note From Andra

I know how overwhelming divorce can feel because I’ve been there, too. When everything feels uncertain, it’s easy to focus on just getting through the next conversation, the next decision, or the next hard moment.

After navigating my own divorce and supporting so many parents through theirs, I’ve learned that the way you move through this process matters. Not because you need to do it perfectly—but because the choices you make along the way shape how you feel about yourself on the other side. That’s why I created a clear, step-by-step process to help you make thoughtful decisions, communicate more effectively, and stay grounded when things feel most challenging.

I’m a Certified Divorce Coach® and mediator, and my work fills a key gap many people experience during divorce. Lawyers handle the legal strategy. Therapists help with emotional healing. I focus on the day-to-day, hands-on guidance around the toughest divorce issues—the moments, conversations, and decisions no one really prepares you for, but that can make this process harder or more manageable depending on how you handle them.

The goal isn’t just to get through divorce—it’s to move through this chapter with clarity and self-respect, so you don’t lose yourself in the process and can ultimately come through it better than before.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need support, practical tools, and space to make thoughtful choices as you go.

I’m really glad you’re here.
