After navigating my own divorce and supporting so many parents through theirs, I’ve learned that the way you move through this process matters. I’m a Certified Divorce Coach® and mediator, and my work fills a key gap many people experience during divorce. Lawyers handle the legal strategy. Therapists help with emotional healing. I focus on the day-to-day, hands-on guidance around the toughest divorce issues—the moments, conversations, and decisions no one really prepares you for, but that can make this process harder or more manageable depending on how you handle them.
The goal isn’t just to get through divorce—it’s to move through this chapter with clarity and self-respect, so you don’t lose yourself in the process and can ultimately come through it better than before.
